Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L., con sede in Via Arianuova 121/A 44121 Ferrara, CF e P.IVA 01990510388, Titolare del trattamento dei dati personali, informa che ai sensi dell’art. 13 D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n.196 e dell’art. 13 Reg. UE n.679/2016, il trattamento dei dati personali forniti alla società medesima sarà effettuato in ottemperanza alla normativa sopra citata, con le modalità seguenti.

Titolare del trattamento

Titolare del trattamento è la società Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L., con sede in Via Arianuova 121/A 44121 Ferrara, CF e P.IVA n. 01990510388, iscritta alla Camera di Commercio di Ferrara REA 216359, in persona del Legale Rappresentante ed Amministratore Unico Giannantonio Bambini, domiciliato ai sensi di legge presso la sede societaria sopra indicata.

2.   Oggetto del trattamento

L’oggetto del trattamento è rappresentato dai dati personali di identificazione e non sensibili, 
(Es.: Nome, Cognome, Indirizzo di residenza, Codice Fiscale, P.Iva, Numeri di telefono, email, documenti d’identità), che vengono comunicati in fase di registrazione ai siti Web (o di vendita diretta) con i quali la società opera attività di vendita che necessitano delle informazioni suddette in ordine alla vendita dei propri prodotti.
In particolare la registrazione alla piattaforma BID INSIDE utilizzata per le aste e per il negozio 
on-line sempre ospitato sulla piattaforma medesima, comporta la presa visione e l’accettazione dell’ informativa ai sensi dell’art.13 Reg. UE 679/2016.
Il soggetto che richiede la registrazione, autorizza inoltre Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L. o i gestori della piattaforma Bid Inside, alla verifica delle referenze fornite nella fase di richiesta di iscrizione.




3.   Finalità del Trattamento

I dati raccolti ai sensi dei punti precedentemente elencati verranno trattati per la finalità di concludere il rapporto contrattuale di vendita del materiale commercializzato da Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L. ed adempiere ai conseguenti obblighi di natura legale, fiscale, ed amministrativa.
Il trattamento dei dati è necessario per la corretta gestione legale del rapporto contrattuale e la mancata comunicazione può comportare l’impossibilità di concludere positivamente il rapporto contrattuale medesimo.





4.   Conservazione e modalità di trattamento dei dati personali 

I dati personali vengono sottoposti a trattamento per il tempo necessario a conseguire le finalità per cui vengono raccolti e per i 5 anni successivi.
Vengono osservate le misure di sicurezza necessarie per prevenire perdita ed utilizzo illecito dei dati conservati, in ogni caso nel rispetto delle modalità previste dalla legge con adozione di idonee misure di sicurezza. 

5.    Comunicazione a Terzi dei dati personali

I dati personali, pur sempre nell’ambito dell’utilizzo per le finalità richiamate nei punti precedenti possono essere comunicate:

A collaboratori della Società per adempimenti amministrativi, contabili o di derivanti dalla gestione di sistemi informatici di cui la Società si avvale in forza di specifici contratti di collaborazione o consulenza.

Banche e Istituti di Credito

Professionisti ed altri soggetti sia pubblici che privati per cui la comunicazione dei dati personali è necessaria per lo svolgimento dell’attività

Istituti di Credito, esclusivamente per finalità inerenti al buon fine del rapporto commerciale e soggetti che curano trasporti e spedizioni sempre in relazione allo svolgimento dell’attività commerciale della Società

Le piattaforme informatiche, i server e i sistemi informatici di cui la società si avvale per la conservazione dei dati personali si trovano all’interno dell’ Unione Europea. 

I dati personali non verranno mai, in ogni caso diffusi.

6.    Trasferimento dati:  I Diritti dell’interessato

L’interessato, in relazione ai propri dati personali, in qualsiasi momento, può sempre richiedere l’accesso ai medesimi (art. 15 GDPR) la rettifica (art. 16 GDPR), la cancellazione (art. 17 GDPR), la limitazione (art. 18 GDPR) e può inoltre ottenere i dati in un formato di uso comune che risulti consultabile da dispositivo automatico per trasmetterli ad un altro titolare del trattamento senza impedimenti (art. 20 GDPR);
Può inoltre sempre esercitarsi l’opposizione al trattamento (art. 21 GDPR), revocare il consenso al trattamento (art. 7 GDPR) e proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei dati personali (art 51 GDPR).
