Privacy Policy

Information pursuant to Article 13 EU Regulation 679/2016

Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L., with registered office in Via Arianuova 121 / A 44121 Ferrara, CF and P.IVA 01990510388, the data controller of personal data, informs that pursuant to art. 13 D.Lgs. 30/06/2003 n.196 and of the art. 13 EU Reg. N.679 / 2016, the processing of personal data provided to the company itself will be carried out in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, in the following ways.

1.Data controller

The data controller is the company Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L., with headquarters in Via Arianuova 121 / A 44121 Ferrara, CF and VAT number no. 01990510388, registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara REA 216359, in the person of the Legal Representative and Sole Director Giannantonio Bambini, domiciled in accordance with the law at the above mentioned registered office.

2.Subject of the processing

The object of processing is represented by personal identification and non-sensitive data, (Ex .: Name, Surname, address of residence, Tax Code, VAT Number, Telephone numbers, email, identity documents), which are communicated during registration to websites (or direct sales) with which the company operates sales activities that require the aforementioned information regarding the sale of its products.
In particular the registration to the BID INSIDE platform used for auctions and for the store online, always hosted on the platform itself, implies the acknowledgment and acceptance of the information pursuant to article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
The person requesting registration also authorizes Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L. or the Bid Inside platform managers, to check the references provided during the registration request phase.

3.Purpose of the Treatment

The data collected pursuant to the points listed above will be processed for the purpose of concluding the contractual sales relationship of the material marketed by Numismatica Ferrarese S.R.L. and fulfill the consequent legal, fiscal and administrative obligations.
The processing of data is necessary for the correct legal management of the contractual relationship and failure to communicate may make it impossible to successfully conclude the contractual relationship.

4.Preservation and methods of processing personal data

Personal data is processed for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is collected and for the next 5 years.
The necessary security measures are observed to prevent the loss and unlawful use of the stored data, in any case in compliance with the methods provided for by the law with the adoption of appropriate security measures.

5.Communication of personal data to third parties

Personal data, even if used for the purposes mentioned in the previous points, can be communicated:
A) To collaborators of the Company for administrative, accounting or deriving from the management of IT systems of which the Company avails under specific collaboration or consulting contracts.
B) Banks and Credit Institutions.
C) Professionals and other subjects both public and private for which the communication of personal data is necessary for the performance of the activity.
D) Credit Institutions, exclusively for purposes related to the success of the business relationship and subjects that take care of transport and shipping always in relation to the conduct of the commercial activity of the Company.
The IT platforms, servers and IT systems used by the company for the storage of personal data are located within the European Union.
Personal data will never, in any case, be disclosed.

6.Data transfer: Rights of the interested party

The interested party, in relation to his personal data, at any time, can always request access to the same (art. 15 GDPR) the rectification (art. 16 GDPR), the cancellation (art. 17 GDPR), the limitation ( 18 GDPR) and can also obtain data in a commonly used format that can be consulted by an automatic device to transmit it to another holder of the processing without impediment (art. 20 GDPR);
It can also always exercise opposition to the processing (art. 21 GDPR), withdraw the consent to the processing (art. 7 GDPR) and propose a complaint to the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (art 51 GDPR).

7.How to exercise the rights of the interested party

The interested party may at any time exercise the above rights by written communication through:
